What should we wear to our session?
Styling plays a big role in creating timeless, cohesive images. Once your session is booked, I’m happy to offer guidance on colours, textures, and outfit coordination so everything feels natural and true to your family.
I recommend soft, neutral tones and comfortable pieces that allow you to move and connect with ease. The goal is always to keep the focus on you — not the clothing — while ensuring your images feel polished and intentional.
When will we receive our images?
Your gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. Each image is thoughtfully edited with care to reflect the soft, timeless style you see throughout my work. In the event of high season delays you will be informed at the time of your session.
Once your gallery is ready, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images with loved ones. Heirloom-quality prints and products are also available should you wish to preserve your photos in a tangible way.

What locations do you recommend for a couples or portrait session?
I believe your photos should feel like you, which is why I love working closely with each client to choose the perfect location.
If you have a place that holds meaning — a family property, favourite trail, or somewhere tied to your story — I’m always happy to photograph there. If not, we’ll chat about your personalities, interests, and overall vibe, and I’ll recommend locations that align with your style and the feeling you want your images to reflect.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Yes — travel is included for all full sessions within 45 minutes of Strathroy, Ontario.
Mini sessions are held at a pre-selected location and do not include travel outside of that setting.
For sessions located beyond the 45-minute radius, a small travel fee may apply to help cover additional time and expenses. Any travel fees will always be discussed in advance, so there are no surprises.

When is the best time to book a newborn session?
The earlier, the better. Ideally, newborn sessions take place within the first 14 days after birth, when babies are sleepiest and most comfortable in those classic newborn poses.
That said, we know birth doesn’t always follow a schedule. Between delivery recovery or time spent in the NICU, this window isn’t always possible — and that’s okay. We’ve photographed newborns at 3–4 weeks old with beautiful results through thoughtful planning and preparation with parents.
The best way to ensure availability is to pre-book your session using your due date. A small deposit secures your due-date month, and once your baby arrives, you’ll reach out to schedule your exact session date. We limit the number of newborn sessions per month so we can accommodate families within the ideal timeframe.
